Paul Harris Fellow Opportunity
How would you like to become a Paul Harris Fellow, a multiple Fellow or name someone else a Paul Harris Fellow? Well here is a special opportunity to do so. Thanks to successful fundraising efforts and to help celebrate the anniversary of our club’s charter, the Metro Rotary Board of Directors have decided to allocate additional funds for matching donations to the Rotary Foundation.
We believe the activities of the Foundation clearly reflect the reasons many of us became Rotarians and we believe this is an excellent use of our funds. This is our way of encouraging you to join us in supporting the Foundation. Our club also indirectly benefits because the amount of our donations impacts the amount of funds that come back to our district and club for grants and other programs we support.
So here is how this special offer works. If you make a donation to the Foundation by Wednesday June 16, the club will match your donation up to $500. That means you can become a Paul Harris Fellow for just $500. If you have already donated and are on your way to the $1,000 target you can donate enough to reach the Paul Harris level or surpass the $1,000 level and work toward becoming a multiple Fellow or name someone else a Paul Harris Fellow. Whatever you donate the club will match your donation up to $500, but you have to act fast because this is a first come first served offer and we only have $2,000 available in matching funds.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this offer, or if you have questions, please contact Jim Stock at 499-7313 or by email at jim.stock@landmarkbank.com. Help us set a new record for supporting the Foundation and our worthwhile Rotary programs around the world!
